What to expect.
- We supply safe and comfortable furnished self-contained accommodation
- We give you complete flexibility, with the ability to take return accommodation at short notice
- We have experienced professional property managers who will manage check-in and check-out efficiently and without the need for you to be involved
- We only use homes for up to seven people unless the configuration makes it safe to house more
- We never house residents if there are more than four people to one bathroom
- All properties that need to be licensed are licensed
- We provide each resident with the basic necessities when they move in
- We provide 24/7 maintenance to fix problems day or night
- We check HMO’s weekly
- We check self-contained properties every 2 weeks
- We have a streamlined and simple invoicing process that makes it easy for you
- Each property is cleaned once a month
- We understand the challenges with shared accommodation and know how to support residents – our property managers are highly experienced
- Our property and resident support managers will visit each property at least once a month
- Before anything, we listen to you and then provide homes based on your requirements
