Believing that everyone should have access to High Quality & Sustainable accommodation, Living Concepts was founded in 2019 to serve those most vulnerable in the East Midlands.
Our collaborative relationships across Lincolnshire help us serve 100 households and individuals each night through the provision of our Temporary Accommodation.
Our Temporary Accommodation allows families and individuals to retain life skills, receive the light touch support they need and springboard back into long-term accommodation. Our unique provision of both Shared & Self-Contained solutions ensures that our services are best fitted to the end user and remain flexible and affordable for Local Authorities.
At Living Concepts, we believe that Temporary Accommodation is best provided through settings that resemble home. Having access to regular cooking facilities and individual space ensures our service users don’t lose life skills such as cooking and cleaning.

Living Concepts was founded by Oli and Rebecca, whom has a vision to address critical inefficiencies in the UK’s social housing sector. Oli works closely with councils; through this he has identified a series of systemic challenges that can no longer be overlooked.
In order to reshape the social housing landscape, we have built a model and a team that deliver solutions that are not only effective but also compassionate and responsive to the needs of communities.
